7 Ways to Live a Healthy Life

Natural Remedies for curing diseases is the essence of naturopathy. Adapting to the natural way of living to improve our health and standard of living is naturopathy. It is based on the “panch mahabhootas”, the five basic elements that build nature and the human body.

To help build the fire element you should practice sunbathing early in the morning. Basically, try to consume more of the fire element. The thumb represents fire. 

 3.AIR: 

The air element is represented by the index finger. Its imbalance mainly affects the body in the form of gas, joint pain, the circulatory system, heart, polio, breathlessness.  

All diseases related to the muscles are affected by this element. The worst drawback caused by the air element is negativity. Breathing exercises and air bathing (in a place free from pollution) can help balance this element. 

 4. ETHER: 

The middle finger indicates the ether or sky or space element. An imbalance in this element causes issues in the ENT (ear, nose, throat) and disorders related to the same. Cavities have in them this element and hence affect those areas.  

Minerals deficiency is related to this element. Fasting is therapeutic and healing when it comes to this element. It can be customized as per the individual and their personal record. A proper diet is essential for balance between the elements. Traditionally, fasting has a lot of significance and is practiced in various cultures. 

 

5.EARTH: 

This element is indicated through the ring finger. Our existence is mostly based on this element. Major and most health issues are caused due to the earth element. People face issues like obesity and imbalance in cholesterol levels. Our blood circulatory system is based on the Earth element. Immunity is affected and established through this element. Vitamin and iron deficiency are connected through this.an imbalance in this element can be problematic. The best cure for healing here is mud therapy. 

But specific types of mud like deep sea mud, black mud, etc. are super beneficial. It absorbs all toxins excreted from the body which in turn exfoliates and cleanses the body. Massage therapy helps in increasing circulation.  

Raw fruits and lightly cooked vegetables and nuts are essential for consumption. They help build a strong base for good health. We can have a 60% to 40% ratio for raw food and cooked food respectively 

 5.WATER: 

‘‘Water is life” is a phrase so true. Water constituents most of our body. It is, hence, very important that this element is abundant and is balanced. Hydrotherapy is one of the best therapies to maintain the body’s balance.  

People are following modern ideas of water filters and added mineral waters.  

They use carbon to filter this water. It is necessary to have natural tap water or if you are conscious, you can have boiled water instead. The pH level is disturbed due to these water filters.

It is necessary to not be glued to TV screens, or any kind of electronic gadgets. Give yourself some peace of mind and let your mouth salivate and work properly without any distractions. You can spend time with your family or loved ones instead. 

Your digestive fiber, appetite and physical activities indicate how much you should eat. You should listen to your body and eat as much as required.
