Perfect Food (part 1)
Perfect Food
Nowadays we are not preferring organic food but instead, all deep-fried and fermented foods which are pretty harmful. The adulteration of food is seen from milk to cooked food we eat daily. The reason for the raw as well as cooked adulterated food is due to fertilizers and chemicals used a heavy and wrong way which turns out the raw food and cooked ones are tastier but not healthier. Also, the biggest problem is in growing and producing fruits and vegetables by the farmers. It is very much required for the farmers from shifting fertilized farming to organic farming. It would take years to make them understand about the benefits of organic farming. The most desirable organic fertilizer is the dry waste from every household which is a biodegradable waste.
What is diabetes mellitus?
Elevated blood glucose (or blood sugar) levels are chronic metabolic diseases that over time seriously affect the heart, blood vessels, eyes, kidneys, and nerves in diabetics.

There are many types of diabetes mellitus but the majorly dealing types viz.

Type 1: This type of autoimmune illness occurs when, for an unidentified reason, your immune system assaults and kills insulin-producing cells in your pancreas.
Type 1 diabetes affects up to 10% of patients with the disease. Although it can occur at any age, it is typically diagnosed in children and young adults. It is insulin dependent.
Type 2: With this type, your body either doesn’t produce enough insulin or the cells don’t react to the insulin as they should (insulin resistance). The most typical form of diabetes is this one. Although mostly affecting adults, it can also affect kids. It is not insulin dependent.

There is no age limit to diabetes basically it is a metabolic disorder which an individual can face at any age. The detection of the same would be in adolescence or after 18. Nearly all children of age 5–7 are even getting diabetes. It is not in our hands that at any age we can control the sugar. Though at an early age, you may have not detected diabetes at your later stage of life you may cause diabetes milletus.
HOW THE DIABETES AND ITS TYPES ARE CAUSED:
When blood glucose levels start to rise (for example, during digestion), beta cells quickly respond by secreting some of their stored insulin while also increasing the production of the hormone. This quick response to a spike in blood glucose typically takes about ten minutes. In people with diabetes, however, these cells are not responding as quickly.

However, in people with diabetes, these cells either cannot produce enough insulin to control blood sugar levels (type 2 diabetes) or are attacked and destroyed by the immune system (type 1 diabetes).
The usage of glucose, a chemical that the body uses as fuel, is abnormal in people with diabetes. Beta cells in the pancreas ordinarily produce the hormone insulin when blood glucose levels rise. Cells all over the body are prompted by insulin to absorb sugar from the blood. The body’s tissues become less responsive to insulin in type 2 diabetes, which is the most prevalent type, and the pancreatic beta cells are unable to produce enough insulin to control blood glucose levels. In type 1 diabetes, beta cells are attacked and destroyed by the body’s immune system. Over time, having high blood sugar levels can cause various health issues like heart disease and blindness. Although health associations do not classify type 3 as an official form of diabetes, insulin and glucose dysregulation makes it similar to other types, such as type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
Type 3: Diabetes is detected due to pancreatic tummy which is the removal of the pancreas due to some infection or disease. Therefore, insulin is needed from outside for the treatment.

Type 4: is gestational diabetes. Some people experience this type of development while pregnant. After pregnancy, gestational diabetes typically disappears. The chance of acquiring Type 2 diabetes later in life is increased if you have gestational diabetes, though.
It is generally detected in the 12th or 14th weeks of pregnancy. It is also reversible. But the studies say in most cases it is sure but in some cases it is not. It can be even cured after the birth of the child in pregnant women. Hence, science has divided diabetes into 4 types in general which are now nearly generated in every nook and corner of the world. Until and unless you don’t know the symptoms of the disease you cannot diagnose them with the treatments.
Without any tests how can you understand the detection of diabetes?
The signs and symptoms that can be seen are:
- Cravings for sweets.
- After urination, the ants are trying to come.
- Major weight loss or weight gain.
- The thyroid may be the reason also.

- The problem is urination and continuous urination.
- The problem in the liver is fatty liver.
- Digestion problem.
- Continue thirst.
These are common man symptoms that they have sugar. These are very common parameters after which these are the indications and you can go for testing for blood and urine. Diabetes if is 200 then it is okay and if it increases to about 230 then it is a serious problem.
As per the lifestyle, a large number of youths are diagnosed with diabetes. The combination of all the things that are physical health, mental health, diet, lifestyle, work environment, etc are the things that majorly affect your sugar level.

Also, there is no country in the world which is diabetic-free. All 196 countries have diabetic patients. Type 2 diabetes is the most common form, representing 90% to 95% of all diabetes cases. About 537 million adults across the world have diabetes. With the coming generation and with developing time periods the number of diagnosed patients would increase.
