Gas, Acidity, and Indigestion
The reason for combining all three gases, acidity, and indigestion is because they are interconnected. These are very common problems faced by many. Gas occurs when there is proper digestion, but the body is not processing what we eat. Sometimes, it is due to stress that the acids do not release properly. The bad combination of food is the major reason. Types of gases in our body include CO2, H2, and different mineral gases.
These gases occur in our bodies because of indigestion, a combination of food, food habits, and psychosomatic issues, and the major thing is the swallowing of gases. The food we eat or the drinks we prefer should be properly chewed or should be in a sip respectively.
