ELEMENTOR STRUCTURE ETHER

Ether is the most subtle and mystic element, the omnipresent space within which all objects in the universe exist. It is both nothing and everything. There are certain poses with which you can gain ether element such as Tadasana, Bhujangasana, Udarkasht asana, and similar other asanas to make motion. The other therapy is clapping therapy which maintains better blood circulation and regeneration through fingers. Chanting “Aum” can excel the ether element. The sky element is imbalanced when there is an issue in the body, it can be overcome by proper diet and exercise as well as the therapies.  

As you know, frogs go for a summer sleep which is known as aestivation to avoid high temperatures during summer. It is characterized by inactivity and a lowered metabolic rate, that is entered in response to high temperatures and arid conditions. The sky element in the human body is from head to neck. The air element is present from chest to diaphragm. Similarly, the fire element is present from diaphragm to lower abdomen is fire element. The earth element is from waist till thighs and the water element lies below the leg joints.  

Make sure you have positive vibes around you and the people around you. Positiveness will make you alive and refresh. It will not only boost your confidence but will also help you to attain and learn things faster.  Being close to earth will give an unrealistic energy which one can easily feel. If a person keeps his hands pointing towards the earth or even the sky the person feels like some energy is transmitting onto their body. This is the power of chakras inside the body. Ether is not a space but a certain dimension of existence. 

When a person has issue related to cold and cough and cannot breathe properly or else have issues related to respiration too, it is observed that the affected person cures it with the help of gargling and similar measure such as taking warm steams and jogging in the early morning. This is all because of imbalance in sky element.  

Whenever a person faces any problem below the diaphragm and till lower abdomen then the person’s fire element is imbalanced. When we clap with both our hands the energy that is generated reflects our aura of the fire element inside the body.  

The sky element is one of the elements in which the aura of your spoken words goes in the space. Hence, it is rightly said to use positive and motivative words. Whatever goes in the universe comes in return. The sky element in the body is found in all vacant places.   

The person thinks a lot, the mind is beyond limit. A person can go to any aspect of thought, to control the thoughts of a person, one needs to practice the chanting of ‘AUM’ every day. To gain enough of sky element one should prefer sitting under the sky and mountains. Also, one can control the sky element by ‘Pranayama’.  

It is said that to be happy will lead to the agreement of the positivity around you. The happy hormones are gained because of sky element and sky element is gained because of happy element. And if you’re happy, you will be having a sound sleep, and that sound sleep will be beneficial for your mind and that will help you to gain sky element.
