ARTHRITIS
It is a condition that involves inflammation or degeneration that affects the joints. It is a muscular skeleton disorder. Inflammation of synovial tissue causes deformation of joints which can be of wrist, feet or hands.

OSTEO – ARTHRITIS
(wear and tear disease or degenerative disease)
- It is a wear and tear of cartilage
- It is also the damage between two bones
SYMPTOMS:
Gradually occurring symptoms:
- Joint Pain
- Swelling in joints
- Stiffness
- Clicking or Cracking Sounds
- Asymmetry
Arthritis is diagnosed based on symptoms and physical examinations, X-Ray and MRI scans.
RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS:
- It is an auto immune system and inflammatory disease which is chronic.
- It occurs on both sides of joints.
- RA affects other tissue, which may damage the heart, lungs and kidney.
- This type of arthritis has no specific cause, but researchers think it is caused by a combination of genetics, hormones and various environmental factors.
SYMPTOMS:
- Both joints pain.
- Swelling.
- Stiffness
- Tenderness
- Weakness
- Fever
- Fatigue
When it comes to RA, it usually starts to develop between the age of 30-60 years. When the individual is around 16-40 years, that is when the onset of rheumatoid arthritis takes place (YORA). After 60 years the later stage of onset kicks in (LORA).
GOUT:
Also called crystal induces arthritis, gout results in inflammation and pain. It creates a waste product like uric acid. It is caused due to multiple reasons like Hyper-Uremia, consumption of alcohol or some types of diuretic medicine.
SYMPTOMS:
- Joint pain
- Feeling of warmth
- Inflammation
- Tenderness
ANKYLOSING SPONDILITIS or Arthritis of Spine:
Its symptoms may include a fused vertebral. Here, the flexibility is decreased, and easy movement is not possible.
JUVENILE ARTHRITIS or childhood specific arthritis:
It is an inflammatory disease that occurs in children and adolescents that are under or are 16 o years of age. It is a disorder where the immune system attacks the tissue around joints. It is mainly caused due to infection (bacterial infection with staphylococcus aureus) which is the most common bacteria involved
