Coronary Artery Diseases
Arteries provide blood for oxygen and nutrition to our hearts and the cause of the disease is the deposit of cholesterol in the vessels we blame them for the narrowing of arteries because of which the blood does not reach the heart. Chest pain occurs and the person feels breathless. Its major effect is a heart attack. It is not developed in one go it takes a longer time to build and get into the heart attack stage. It is not necessary that if this blockage is 90% then it can cause a heart attack, the reason for a heart attack is due to the breakage of the endothelium layer, and forming of blockage there constitutes a heart attack. And this is what can cause a heart attack whether 60,70 or 90%. Angiography is a type of test in which we can see the blockage and as the number is higher it would be severe for the person. If the condition is severe, it will be a higher risk of heart attack. The reports cannot judge the formation of plaque of anything such as cholesterol, a waste product, calcium, etc.

The clotting for heart attack cannot be because of one reason there could be multiple reasons for the same. Peripheral blockage can be also the reason for the same.
The blockage in the arteries of the neck can also be the reason for the heart attack. One should check the reports of metabolism syndromes and the patient’s cardiovascular risk. The height, weight, and body mass index should be checked. This can provide proper guidelines about the patient and for their further treatment. The ones having coronary artery disease have a 0.9 waist circumference in males and 0.8 or above in females is seen. The common blood test for the same is LDL, and HDL, as well as the ratio of cholesterol to HDL, is also taken into consideration. A Fasting Blood Sugar test is observed by the consultant’s doctor. Syntonic and dystonic blood pressure is also seen in the category of the test. These parameters may vary when a person has CAD. To observe if a person is a smoker and how much he smokes. And if the person is an alcoholic then that is to be noted by the doctor under the category of tests and parameters of the causes. And how much caffeine is been consumed by the person too should be also taken into consideration. To observe these parameters for improving their lifestyle. Even the diet should be suggested as per their body status and requirement. The blockages are not a reversal but, in some respects, it is seen that due to dietary factors, the ratio of 90% blockage can be reduced to 60%.
The major reason for cholesterol gaining is animal fats, if the person has higher cholesterol, they should avoid it blindly. The other thing is milk cream, one can consume milk but without cream. Avoiding the oil in cooking. To avoid fried foods.

It is very controversial whether to avoid dry fruits or not. But according to some results, it is advised to avoid dry fruits. Keeping in mind to advise people with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant foods. Then the reversal action comes as well to lower the narrow arteries.
- The foods which can unblock the arteries in our body are cinnamon (reverses blockage and lowers blood pressure). It can be given in the form of powder on rice or on fruits.
- Eat garlic which reverses acrocyanosis and also controls blood pressure. It is also helpful in autoimmune diseases. Eating garlic tablets that are available in the market is not that beneficial compared to chewing raw garlic which mixes with saliva and the compound directly gives good results. If the person is having piles, eating garlic is actually hot and can affect them instead advise them to eat in less proportion.
- Pomegranate can be suggested which has anti-inflammatory properties. A person’s heart attack is due to the endothelium layer breakage and pomegranate can reduce inflammation.
- The other herb is turmeric which is enough if it is added to a person’s daily food routine. Advising the ones having cough or cold can have turmeric added in the water and consume it.
- The Shatavari herb is apparently very beneficial for heart patients. It has fibre, minerals, and vitamins D, B2, and C. The presence of potassium in it stops blood clotting. The side effects of CAD can be overcome by consuming it. It controls blood pressure and can reverse the clotting.
- Eating tomatoes in salads would differently react and eating it without combination is way beneficial. It can be consumed in juice form or eaten in raw form lowers heart risk, improves cholesterol and lycopene maintains the anti-inflammatory factor too.
- Spinach has micronutrients and folic acid which lowers inflammation. The c-reactive proteins are tested in cardiorespiratory spinach therefore is helpful in reducing these both.
- Beans lower cholesterol and blood pressure.
- Broccoli nowadays is available, and it can be given steamed in the dietary routine.
Homocysteine levels in the body should be between 5–15 and if these levels increase then it is known that the arteries are highly damaged and cannot carry blood from it. Its deficiency is vitamin B and folic acid. Vitamin B can be seen in patients having kidney diseases, thyroid or sorosis. We need to track their homocysteine level frequently. Other than that CRP is associated because of vascular inflammation.
Cardiac Arrest, Cardiac shock and Heart Failure

In these conditions, it is difficult to save the person. Whereas, when a person gets cardiac arrest person feels breathlessness and by artificial breathing, we can save them.
Rather than diet person also should follow exercises as per the condition. Daily yoga can be done, if they are not comfortable with doing it on their own ask them to visit you for the same. And to keep the focus on breathing they should do kapalbhati, anulom vilom are the yogas recommended. There is also another therapy called mudra therapy. In this the hriday mudra is helpful. Press the index, middle and ring finger on the thumb and let the little finger open. Keep this mudra for 10 mins and do the breathing exercise. The person feels relaxed and chest pain is improved. The apan mudra and vayu mudra are helpful for the person having a heart attack problem. The person having uneasiness can feel relief. In today’s time, we see children suffering from heart attacks. It can be because of often use of their body muscles or feeling numbness or else brain strokes are also seen in general.
Now we can say that 95% of heart disease is due to coronary heart disease and it breaks into ‘Astros chlorosis. The main artery disease in our body is the ‘aorta’ which supplies blood to our heart or the myocardium. There are three main reasons for coronary artery disease that is thickening of arteries, narrowing of arteries and loss of elasticity.

The plaque deposition in arteries is because of the fatty acids and lipids we consume. We cannot initially recognize which food is affected but with tests and observation, we can come to know about the same. Anything we eat which affects the LDL triglyceride level, low HDL level. The tunica antica is the thinner lining which becomes thicker and occurs inflammation and because of this the circulatory system starts to damage and the deposition of cholesterol levels starts a lot. In naturopathy, we can say they are toxins or free radicals which create the causes. An abnormal accumulation of fatty acids and lipids in the lining of the vascular wall which in turn obstructs the vessels, reducing the blood flow to the myocardium. When a person feels a thick lining, loses of elasticity or the narrowing of arteries the symptoms seen are breathlessness, tiredness, fatigue, nausea, anxiety, left-hand side paining, suffocation, heaviness and sweating. Such uncomfortableness if not taken seriously can cause seriousness in future and arise the problem. These were the general symptoms but these can vary from person to person, some cannot even sleep.

This is a long period of time disease and not a shorter one. The symptoms in that person can be seen for months continuously or it may take years to show up the actual problem.
And if they don’t keep this in consideration that may conclude in serious problems in future if ignored. The cells damage in these cases it is not immediate it is very gradually developing to damage because of hypertension and high BP can cause a burden in arteries. They get pressurized and the blood flow lowers down the flow and causes inflammation. Metabolic disorders like diabetes millets, they have higher obesity and deposition problem arises. The disrupted punctuality of the metro city people which again is the main reason. Consumption of alcohol can damage your liver and narrow down your arteries which can cause heart attacks. Excessive smoking habits punish your arteries too. Sometimes WBC level goes wrong and platelet levels lower. The CBC test can help you to recognize the treatment as early as possible. All these cellular when deposited inside the arteries results in CAD. All these are rough and when they pass from your arteries, they damage it. If any small rapture is in the body, it automatically cures it but if there is bigger rapture it can create clotting. This clotting can create problems in the circulation of blood and it creates atherosclerosis. There are 2 risk factors modifiable and un-modifiable risk factors. The modifiable risk factors are in our hands which can be controlled by us. If we are having hypertension, we need to control our blood pressure anyhow. To control high cholesterol through proper diet and exercise. You need to maintain your LDL as well as HDL too. To maintain triglyceride level which should be 150 mg and should not increase. Smokers should quit smoking and alcoholics should quit alcohol which cannot be done in a day try to lower it down slowly and gradually day by day. A sudden stop can also create adverse on your body. Try to control sugar levels in the body for the ones having problems with diabetes and obesity. We are in a life where stress is a common factor, every individual faces and hence it cannot fully vanish but still one needs to control and manage it through some therapies and meditations. Try to divert the stress of a person according to their comfort and condition. The most neglected thing in our life is physical inadequacy. No person in this busy world follows regular exercise. If you eat daily, sleep daily and do your regular work try to do at least 15–20 minutes of exercise is necessary. Mobilization of your body is exercise, stretching is another thing which makes your muscles move. Non- modifiable risk factors are some history of heart problems (hereditary, which is again not 100%), and age is also a factor which is not in our hands. The third thing is the gender which is more than women, men are heart attack prone. Rheumatoid arthritis and many such things are not in our hands. The clinical manifestations include inadequate blood supply to the myocardium, angina pain, shortness of breath, inadequate cardiac output, the change of ECG, high level of cardiac enzyme secretions or excessive sweating, etc. The complications include less supply of blood and oxygen then there is a higher chance of heart attack. The arteries are not fully blocked, they are partially blocked and can cause heaviness in the chest and some angina pain and resulting in a heart attack. Heart failure or cardiac death is when you ignore the chest pain, angina pain and when there is full blockage. These major complications can cause sudden cardiac arrest.
To recognize the CAD
Basic blood tests such as CBC test, Lipid Profile test, every sugar level test, physical examination checking (that may be due to tiredness, fatigue, or any other physical activities considering weight also), regular checkups of blood pressure, hypertension, ECG test, cardiogram test, coronary angiography test

(a procedure that uses a special dye type of contrast material and x-rays to see how blood flows through the arteries in your heart), pet scan test (there is a helium injection injected inside the arteries with the help of monitor they can see the damages or blockages inside it), CT SCAN test, MRI test. Doppler test is used to detect blood flow (shows whether a pulse is present and whether there is blood flow to a limb).
The above tests can help you to diagnose your patients if they are at risk of CAD.
