We have seen the circulation of blood in our hearts at certain higher speeds and even slower speeds. When we are happy the blood rushes the same as when we are angry. It varies from person to person after all whatever the fluctuations happen inside the heart as per the external environment. Even insomnia or a wrong sleeping pattern affects the heart.

Difference between heart attack and heart failure:

Whereas a heart attack means the blockage of veins in the arteries of the heart and the blood flow is normal due to the deposition of toxins. SHIRODHARA

Depends on the condition of the patient whether they need 20 or 45 minutes of therapy advised by the doctor or the therapist. A woman prefers oil then that should be 1.5 litres whereas if men use oil, it should be 700 ml.
Another therapy is potli massage. It is also part of the panchakarma treatment. This is of both types cold as well as hot potli. It results in proper blood circulation and opens the blockages.
In massage therapy the other aspect is leg massage under that there is foot massage which makes your blood circulation properly. This also relieves our heart and maintains good flow in the heart as well. There is a difference in massages for heart disease patients also high blood pressure people should have an ayurvedic massage (starts from head to toe) and for low blood pressure, people should prefer a naturopath massage (starts from foot to head).
A massage steam bath is necessary for better health relief even if this is as per the blood pressure of the person. To the other allied disease person, the bath is of certain minutes. This therapy works as blood purification.

Make sure it is covered with woollen cloth so that the outer temperature doesn’t affect it. Drink water in sips so that it digests slowly and circulates in your blood. Drinking 8 litres of water is not mandatory but having it in the required proportion so that it digests too is important. The cold water makes contraction and warm water does expansion in terms of drinking. Whenever we give water to a person having swelled arteries is required to drink cold water and it processes expansion on contraction reduces the fats of the whole and gives better condition. Foot massage with the help of bronze material removes toxins. Even when doing Shirodhara you should make sure that they aren’t using it in the whole body because that will increase heat and the person sweats heavily.

Earlier people used to use the ring finger and cover it with mud for the ones having high blood pressure. The ones having low blood pressure should apply on the same finger but only the upper part. This is how through Naturopathy we can control the cardiac issues.
Coming to the eating pattern one should avoid slurry items and fermented items. Avoid alcohol and other toxins. Don’t wake till late. Heavy physical work should also be avoided because it will affect the heart. Our anger, greediness and negative thoughts should also be avoided which will be better for our hearts. The ones maintaining much more relationships and cannot manage the same can also affect the heart. The ones having low calcium also face heart issues. One should also avoid fish-loaded water which increases heart problems. Even cold water affects the internal stomach aching and increases the heat inside the stomach. Make sure one doesn’t even easily get afraid and get diverted by it. Avoid small stressors. The best antibiotic is garlic which works to open blockages in the heart. The diagnosing method is different in different people according to their condition, age factor and weight. It will depend on the perfect analysis. To control one’s high blood pressure, it is recommended that person should be given a bottle of gourd, cardamom, Mishri and fennel seeds. Even a limewater with only salt or only sugar is recommended not a mixture of both.
