How to live without medicines
Whenever the world faced the darkness of thoughts the sages and notable scholars have always shown us the right path by the law of nature. Rishi Charak gave ‘Charak Samhita’ in which he mentioned the deep study of yoga and deep contemplation. This is how he deeply studied nature. Maharshi Patanjali gave the concept of 195 ‘Yoga Sutras’. Yuj Dhatu is a Sanskrit word which means to join or joined.
One can connect their body and soul with the aspect of good virtues. When we do yoga, we connect our body and mind to our soul. This is how we connect ourselves to the deity. There are 8 limbs of Yoga according to Maharshi Patanjali viz.

Yama, Niyama, Pranayama, Asana, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi. According to Bhagavat Gita’s first shloka, it is said to have ‘‘ath yogh anusashan’’ which means discipline. It is rightly said that one should follow strict discipline in their lives to portray our better selves in society. Next is ‘yogh karmasu kaushalam’’ karma — action/behaviour / any change in time and space, kaushalam — skill/efficiency / perfect or appropriate behaviour. Yoga is a perfectly skilled action or behaviour. Perfect action is positive action for our evolution and positive life. ‘‘samatvam yogh uchyate’’ samatva- balanced state, uchyate- said to be. Yoga is a balanced state of the body and mind. Yoga is a balanced state of emotions. By adapting these values in our life, we will be directed to the right path. ‘prakritik chikitsa’ means the treatment with the help of nature. When we come under the shade of nature it keeps us healthy. Yog and natural elements are two sides of one coin. Nature is made up of 5 elements. Similarly, our body is made up of 5 elements which are air, water, fire, earth and space. The ratio of them present in the nature is similarly present in our bodies.
Space (akasha) element

As the saying goes ‘the sky is the limit’ there is a lot of space in the sky because of which the things in there are organised in their places and no things collide. Similarly, our body has organised all the organs and parts naturally and made required spaces.
One can manage the space by fasting in a daily routine. It means as our ancestors made divisions in a month to maintain the diet we follow for some reason and its reason is taking a break from the daily food we eat. To let us stay healthy on salads, juices, fruits and herbs naturally. Even in fasting, we doubt what is the use of it if we are consuming something or the other the most important thing, we left in fasting was the grains and cereals we eat. The main reason for fasting is we gave breaks and space to the digestion process which was continuously working. If the toxins in our body are increased and not detoxified, soon will store in any part of the body and increase the part’s fat.
As with any gold ring or jewellery if breaks and we cannot attach it with other metals similarly, if any element has increased or decreased in our body can be cured with the natural elements present in nature. The problems that can be faced due to imbalanced

elements are constipation, headache, numbness, etc. 60% of the pain and body posture-related problems can be solved by sitting straight like a stick. We should daily revolve our head around the neck and shoulder to not let it strain. If the above waist has pain and straining problems one can lay down on the bed and let the head positioned outer side of the bed and the other parts on the bed itself and keep hands straight on the bed, practising the hand moving up and down on your comfort count. After getting up practise head movement and then massage your above waist area with sesame oil and sit in the sun and apply a hot towel on it. It will provide relief to the pain you are suffering.
In short, the akasha element maintains the vital force of our body. All other elements come under this element in the body as well as in the universe.
Air (Vaayu) element

We cannot see the air but we can feel it. Now if the air element increases in the environment storm arises similarly in our body if the air element increases,
we face loose motions, constipation and other problems. All the vital force functions are because of this only. One can control or balance the air element through pranayama (breathing exercise). Youth nowadays are adapting to Western culture. They’re converting their normal daily routine into Western values. The reason for their imbalanced diet and unsuitable food consumption is because of the changing lifestyles. One should follow the correct food pattern according to their region and seasonal requirements. One should follow the sayings and directions given by the scholars.

The sun is treated as one of the gods in Hindus and Sun God is the one to whom we meet directly. This is how we get energy from the sun and plants get it in the form of chlorophyll. To recognise whether the person is dead or not we often hear that the old aged individual’s body is cold which means their energy is over and that their soul left the body. We are part of our own deity only; our inner soul gives us intuition about all the wrong and right things we do. Earlier, we had the Gurukul system of gaining knowledge about everything but nowadays people have many sources of gaining knowledge still people are not that clever and do mistakes and crimes in society.
Earth (Prithvi) element

The earth element is related to the bones and muscles in our body. It is one of the heavy elements of all the elements. According to nature, the water element is 70% and the earth element is 30%.
It is also said that when a holocaust happens the earth will submerge under the water. The Earth and the sky element are total opposites. It is also said that to lose body weight one should decrease the consumption of earth element that is grains and cereals. This is how it balances one or the other elements when required.
Water (jal) element
It is found 70% per cent in the environment as well as in our body and provides coolness in the environment and body too. To increase the required amount of water element in the body by juices and juicy fruits, salads.

This is how we can balance other elements in the body by increasing or decreasing it in our body.
