Steam Bath
It is one of the ‘Hydrotherapy’ parts. It is totally based on ‘Jal Tatva’ the five elements of nature cure. We all are familiar with steam baths once in a lifetime everyone has taken steam baths in life.
The basic temperature of the steam bath is about 110–115 Farren heat temperature. It should be taken for about 5–15 minutes. This also depends on your capacity, requirement, variation and reason for taking such a bath. Excess steam is also harmful.

BENEFITS:
Generally, in metropolitan cities people go to spa salons, gyms and various other places for steam baths as a relaxation point.

It opens pores of the body which removes dirt and detoxifies our body.
It helps in fat loss due to fat molecules released because of high temperatures and which releases in the form of sweat.
t helps in a relaxation point of view which helps in reducing the stress of the body and increasing calmness. As if you’re tired in a day you can prefer a steam bath for a better relaxation feeling and freshness.
The steam bath can be beneficial for insomniac patients and depressed ones. Before sleeping if a steam bath is given to them their mind relaxes and they can easily sleep.

It is beneficial for the ones having stiffed muscles. It basically loosens the muscles and provides relaxation.
It is also seen that it improves the circulatory system of the body. Basically, after providing higher temperature to the body the blood flow increases which broadens the flow and increases its speed. It is again beneficial for the heart and BP patients. It normalizes pressure levels and palpitations.

It is beneficial for the beauty aspect too as if face steam is taken daily, it will be good for the skin as it opens the pores and removes dirt. It helps in removing dead skin and blackheads after which it works as anti-aging.To the tired and hardworking person if the steam bath is given they can feel fresh and relaxed and have can have a sound sleep too.

It is beneficial for diabetic patients too as the toxins can be released from the body due to steam baths. The pancreas is activated and beta cells are increased therefore there is no insulin problem.
It is useful for Asthmatic patients too. It maintains their breathing of them due to heat. It improves the circulatory system and breathing is better. The main reason for asthma is due to the airways are narrow and swollen and are blocked due to mucus. The steam bath can melt the mucus and hence asthma attacks can be avoided.
To the ones who go on field work and other roaming works the dirt particles as well as the dead skin are collected on the outer layer of the skin. By taking a regular steam bath for 15–20 mins will help in the removal of such skin and keeps skin smooth and naturally healthy.
