SUNSTROKE
SUNSTROKE

Due to the constant increase in temperature, we are facing the problem of sunstroke or heat exhaustion. People in countries like Asia are more prone to this. Exposure to sun for a longer time can cause sunstroke. When you are exposed to summer sun for 40-50 minutes, there is a probability of sunstroke. Our normal body temperature is about 37–38-degree celsius but in northern part of India the temperature raises up to 42 degrees which can be serious health issue for the ones who are not suitable in that weather. When external temperature is higher than our body temperature, our body tries to balance the temperature with fluid inside it. When we don’t have enough fluid inside our body it leads to sunstroke.
