Superfood
Oats are available in all parts of India. People prefer this as a breakfast meal on an everyday basis. If for a quick and stomach-full meal one can prepare Maggie then why not porridge of oats? It is easy to cook, easy to digest, and healthier too. It has a high number of beta-glucans which is a very much important fibre that helps in digestion. There is a thing called a peptide, that helps in which helps in stimulating our hormones. It is good to control cholesterol levels. It also controls LDL (low-density lipoprotein). Oats have laxative properties which are beneficial for those ones suffering from constipation, gastritis, and bloating. Oats have magnesium, phosphorus, and all nutrients we get from such types of food.
BUCKWHEAT
This is a seed and is again used in fasting. People prefer this in most of the places and in different forms. Kuttu or buckwheat is good in the digestion process. We need protein that to digestive protein for better stomach health. It is good for fibre.

For digestion, we need soluble fibres and it works as one of them. It is the best gluten-free food. Worldwide, kuttu is considered one of the superfoods in the superfood category.
FOXTAIL MILLETS

The foxtail millet or kangani has all B complex category vitamins. People nowadays face a deficiency of the B complex category vitamins. This food is rich in it. Even many shops and grocery stores have packs of 5 millets including one of them.
It has zinc, phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium. It can work as a sudden supplement if the deficiency is on the verge. It has a low glycemic index which is digestive for sugar, insulin, and other similar patients. It controls the glycogen sugar level of the person. It regulates and controls Central Nervous System (CNS). It controls insomnia and stress of the person.
(JOWAR) (BAJRA)
Both have the same properties. But jowar is cool in nature and bajra has heat. Therefore, jowar is eaten in summer and bajra is eaten in winter. Both are rich in protein and rich in fibre.

- The banana has much more nutrients but is again used as it is ripened. While eating too 99% of people don’t eat the cover of it and through but most nutrients are found in its cover only. You can use it in salads by chopping it finely and grating it. You can use it in soups.
- Using soaked pulses with their peels is very good. One should not throw it out.
