ROASTED GRAM FLOUR (SATTU)
It is a complete food. Sattu is the best protein supplement as a superfood. To make roasted gram flour (sattu) laddoo take the required sattu, add loose sugar powder, and desi ghee.

It is the best protein, carb, and fat combination. When a person is out in the sun or in summer, they can use sattu as a probiotic with lassi and during winter it can be used as a fat solid with ghee. Many people from parts of Bihar, Jharkhand, and UP have
poor backgrounds and they used to grow a single crop then, they could not even earn sufficient money to satisfy the needs of the family. They had to give proper nutritional food then the sattu as a complete food came into the picture. The higher number of hardworking labourers are from these parts only. The poorest poor person can afford this food which is the best superfood. It contains a high number of irons, calcium, fibre, and magnesium. Take one bowl of the same and add water then add the required salt or sugar and eat it as complete food.
PEANUTS
The best peanuts are grown in northern Gujarat. If half a cup of boiled peanuts is consumed one can intake about 70–80% protein is covered. Not on a daily basis is advisable but it is its nutritional value. Even though you’ve thyroid disease you cannot avoid it until and unless it’s allergic.

Peanut butter or peanut curd is also advisable for the thyroid patient. The peanut curd is made by soaking the raw peanuts for 7–8 hours and then grinding it with the same water, adding a regular curd, and kept aside for 12–15 hours. It is ready. It has high fibre. It is good for digestion. People having hyperacidity problems should avoid peanuts. The best way to consume peanuts is by eating them in boiled form. Use the peanuts with their cover only do not peel it. From a protein point of view, peanut is a complete food.
People are crazy about proteins now; they would use different protein shakes and supplements for the same. Instead, one can use the available regular protein source for them. Veg and non-veg-eating people would be having different protein intakes as per their required diet. Try to have the protein demanded by your body and excessively having it will be not healthy. It can increase constipation, bloating, and higher uric acid. One should have an appropriate intake of any nutrition it should not even defecate or overconsumption.
AMLA

It is easily eaten in raw form, pickles, juice, etc. It is also known as Indian gooseberry. Berries themselves are heavy anti-oxidants. It balances the tri-doshas of the human body. It is very rich in vitamin C.
It boosts immunity. Increases resistance power. People in covid era, have used amla powder and amla juice for a longer time to enhance immunity. It is the best blood purifier. Consume 100 ml of amla juice per day which will maintain oxygen levels in the blood. It is beneficial for glaucoma issues, dryness and retina problems. It improves the quality of the eye. Raw amla juice is the best medicine. It is good for hair and skin.
PAPAYA
It is rich in vitamin C. Papaya contains a content called Papain which works for cancerous people. It is an anti-oxidant too. One should advise cancerous people to eat papaya daily. One can even eat the seeds powder by drying it in the sun and making

powder of the same and consuming it on a daily basis. It clears constipation problems as it has laxative properties. It can cure bloating or IBS as well. The gastritis itself can be resolved. It can be preferable for breakfast. The raw papaya is also beneficial like the ripped one. To increase the platelets of the dengue patient it leaves would be best. Its milk is benefitted to the ones having vaginal infections or severe vaginal discharge can be reversed.
CURD

The normal homemade curd is available in every household. It is rich in B12 vitamins. One can gain any B complex vitamins. It should be freshly prepared instead of stored and packed. It has a good amount of calcium. One cannot complain about the stone problem consuming this. It is the best probiotic. It has many amino acid properties and therefore comes in the superfood category.
It has good bacteria which is good for the digestion process. Do not eat it with any grain. Do not combine it with any food. Eat it after 2 hours. To stop loose motion, add one tablespoon of roasted and ground cumin seeds to the curd and consume it.
GHEE
It is a rich source of omega 43 which is the essential amino acid for our body. It works as a cartilage and lubricant in our body. To clear the uric acid crystals, it works as a best medicine. Consume daily 10 ml ghee in roti, rice or khichdi.

It maintains concentration levels in growing-age children. You can also provide ghee to the old age ones in a certain amount only for the ones facing memory-related problems. It can be used as an acupressure aspect too. It works for low-stamina people. You can advise this as a medicine for people having joint problems. Because of climatic and lifestyle changes, we cannot digest ghee easily nowadays. But keeping in mind the aspect of traditional and available foods, it is healthier.
WHEATGRASS ALFALFA

It is the most energetic and energy reversal for cancer patients and old aged. The pH level of wheatgrass and our body is equivalent so it is best in nutrition for our body.
It is the number one grass in the grasses category for the human body. You can recommend its juice as well as tablet without any hesitation. One can give the mixture of wheatgrass and alfalfa (both 10 grams) with honey or ghee for 1–4 months even to the bad-rid patient and see the major improvements.
