TUB BATH
Tub baths are used to relieve pain associated with abdominal issues such as kidney stones, bladder stones, and so on. You can also take tub baths for acidity, post-prostate enlargement, and stomach-related issues like indigestion, constipation, ulcers, etc.
You should not soak in the tub for more than 10-15 minutes. It is also useful for menstrual problems like cramps, heavy flow, PCOD, etc.
- Fill the tub so that your abdomen is completely submerged when you sit in it for a bath.
- Hot and cold therapy are options. Typically, tap water is used, but you can use water based on your needs and diseases, such as 10 minutes of hot water, then change the water and refill with tap water.
- It is for the abdomen, so avoid eating or drinking too much water before taking a bath.
- Sit in the tub with a towel or cloth and continuously rub your tummy rotationally with it for better results.

LAPET THERAPY
It is a cold compress wrapped in such a way that warming of the wrapped surface begins quickly. A cold cotton cloth is wrung out and wrapped around the affected area. Then a dry woolen cloth is wrapped around it.
Lapet can be done for the stomach, back, knees, and neck.
- Lapet should be done while lying down; otherwise, it will not work.
- It should be done for 30 minutes.
- Do not move when doing lapet therapy, be in the same position.
