Hello all !!! ……so today we are going to learn how to change our regular habits that will be very advantageous in the long term if we change it. In regards to health and healthy living.

To live a detox life, there should be a schedule that should be strictly followed. We all know that in our body we have three things like cough, pith, vayu. The imbalance of cough, pith, vayu in our body causes diseases or problems in the human body. So, to control cough, pith, vayu there is a simple logic or solution that is, to drink to water and most importantly how to consume it.

In early morning whenever you wake up, you must consume half glass or one glass or as much much as you can consume water on an empty stomach, due to which the saliva in the mouth that has been collected in the whole night will go inside your body. After you eat anything, you should not drink water for one hour. If possible, one must drink water in a brass lota as practised by our ancestors.

In this modern lifestyle, most people consume cold water which is not at all good for health as it leads to many problems. You must not consume water in haste, you should drink it sip by sip.

So if you follow the practices mentioned above for water, you will definitely maintain 20% to 30% balance in cough, pith,vayu.

In the morning, mostly everyone has a habit to drink tea or coffee. This practice is very normal. But, you should put off the consumption of coffee as it contains lots and lots of caffeine in it, which is not at all good for the body. We all are familiar with the foreign practice of having heavy breakfast which is now very common in India as well. Naturopathy doesn’t allow breakfast in the morning , it is a foreign culture which is designed according to their body types. After one or half an hour of having tea or coffee in the morning, you can have fruits, juices or soups or anything like that. You must ensure that you have a fixed time for eating like you must decide a fixed time for lunch like at 12:00 or 12:30.

In lunch, we have a habit or let’s say practice to have dal, rice, chappati etc. which is not a good habit because you must not mix two grains together. So in lunch, you must take roti or chapati and sabzi with salad and avoid dal and rice.

All In all don’t mix match all the thing together, have the habit of having one grain at a time as it is good for your own digestion

So these are some basic habits that we must change to improve our health and for long term advantages. If you change these habits, it will surely benefit you.
