HOW TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ???

Let us see that how can we live a healthy lifestyle, for that it is important to clear the toxins from our body.

We should learn & understand toxins in a better way in order to remove them out of our body which indirectly helps us to get rid of the disease.

Everyone thinks that if you are suffering from anything then you have to be on constant medication, though it is right because that medication has still helped you to live and survive. For emergency cases medicines are must, for example, let’s say you are suffering from diabetes or BP and you decide to get treatment through Naturopathy. So not a single naturopath will suggest you stop your medication immediately, as naturopathy acts as an alternative therapy initially and then gradually you have to reduce the dosage of allopathic medicine or any other medication that you are using.

Just remember that even in future do not stop the medication you are taking immediately as it will have a reflection as you haven’t cleared the toxins from your body. So you have to be more careful about it.

We have talked before about Panch Mahabhut that is Prithvi, Jal, vayu, Aakash, agni on which the whole naturopathy works. I will talk about the panch mahabhut in detail later on.

So earlier we were talking about toxins let’s get into a bit detail.

There are mainly three types of toxins:

1) Vata  2) Pitta 3) Kapha

There are many other toxins too except these three.  Diseases are basically caused due to the imbalance between these three toxins.  The cause of these toxins are depression, sadness, lack of exercise, lack of sweating, pollution and the most dangerous cause is negativity.

First of all, to get rid of toxins you have to create positivity for yourself and in doing that no doctor or anyone will help you, you have to do it by yourself, be with yourself.  In a day for at least  5 or 10 minutes be with your yourself think positive like I am happy, I am healthy… Think you are not suffering from any disease If you are or think that you’ve already cured it. It will definitely help you to remain positive.You can also do deep breathing to calm yourself down and be positive.

As we were talking about health lets talk about our own country, Indian.

Day by day the age expectancy is increasing. In 1964, the age expectancy was around 42 years but in 2018 the age expectancy has increased between 64 to 70 years due to the advancement in medical technology. Isn’t It great?? But if we look practically, people are getting diseased more than earlier times like there is approx 35% increase in BP patients and approx 28% increase in diabetic patients, the number of heart patients is increasing as well. This is all because we all are living a stressful life, no one is happy everyone is facing some or the other problem which lets their morale down. We see the number of hospitals, clinics, doctors of all fields, increasing like anything in comparison fo the last 30 to 40 years.

Important Note:

The Indian government is spending around 150 lakh crore rupees on the health of the citizens, Health care etc.

So now it is our duty to take care of our lives, be healthy and live a healthy lifestyle. Hope you all understood our point!!
